My name is Paul and I’m 40 yo.
In 2015th I started a long way to the body of my dreams.
Heretofore I was real sport-hater. I tried to avoid muscle loading by any means, I didn’t know anything about proper nutrition and I did love alcohol.
At this time, I hated my body and I was ashamed to take off my T-shirt on the beach.
So, one moment I realized that I need to change something or I’ll finally become a slave to my bad habits and unhealthy lifestyle.
7 years have passed since then.
7 years as I devote 5 days a week to training.
7 years as I try to eat wholesome food.
7 years throughout I do not drink alcohol.
The knowledge and experience I gained over the years are invaluable. That’s why I decided to create this blog to help everyone who wants to stay physically strong, healthy and active even in adulthood.
No matter, if you’re 35, 40, 45, or 50 y.o. You can do more than you think. Much more.
